Shipping policy

All orders under £40.00 are subject to a minimum £5.00 delivery fee. We operate a minimum order of £25.00 and over.

All orders are subject to a strict challenge 25 policy. valid proof of age will be required and if we believe alcohol will be passed to under 18's we reserve the right to refuse to serve goods.

Orders must be delivered within our local catchment area (Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Ditchling, Scaynes Hill, Cuckfield and Wivelsfield) if you are outside of our area please do contact us and we will endeavour to see if we can deliver to you, although this is not guaranteed.

If you have ordered from us and cannot be at home to receive delivery, it is your responsibility to inform us of change of person and ensure that there is a suitable person at home to receive the order, with that person being over the age of 18 and they must be able to prove their age with a valid form of accepted identification (passport, driving licence, PASS card). If this requirement is not fulfilled we will refuse the goods ordered, and you will still be charged delivery.

We cannot change delivery location after the order is placed, unless in exceptional accepted circumstances, subject to our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse sale if we believe you to be excessively drunk or intoxicated, we will then process a refund minus delivery charge.
